Notes

Sevington:
Many registers appear to have been water damaged. The register P331/1/4 is completely illegible. Some of the marriages are shown in the Composite Register P331/1/2 and these marriages have been included in this index. Marriages shown as SevingtonB have been extracted from the Bishops Transcripts to complete this period. The register P331/1/6 was stolen in 1964 and one page (containing four marriages within the period 1900 to 1908) was removed.

Willesborough:
A marriage register which covers the period 1778 to 1813 is missing. Marriages in the period have been included in the index, having been extracted from the Bishops Transcripts - these are shown under Willesborough (BTs).
